Additional Comments: Hi, I am a graduate student at Johns Hopkins and am looking for a female roommate to share my 2BD/2BA plus den apartment. The apartment is on the top floor, lots of natural light, and fully furnished. All you would need is furniture for your own room. The den has been used as an office/guest room when we have visitors. My current roommate just graduated and is moving to a new location for a new job, so I need someone to take over and renew the lease for her. Our lease ends April 30th (moving date is May 1st), but I need to notify Bonnie Ridge by April 1st. Rent would be $570.00 (good deal for this apartment) plus half the utilities. Additional Comments: I am leaving my awesome apartment, and need to find someone to sublet from now until the end of June. I am moving in with my girlfriend, and have found a deal that will not be available for us by the time my lease is up, so we need to move ASAP! The apartment is 2BR, 2BA. Washer/Dryer, Balcony, and Pool table! It's quite the bachelor pad. You would have your own full bathroom. Big closet in your room. The room is a great size. It could easily fit a queen size bed, dresser, desk, all the essentials! My roommate is a cool 24 year old guy who loves watching sports, and just chillin. He is very easy to get along with! Rent is $460, plus 1/2 BGE, water, and Comcast. All together monthly expenses usually come out to be about $700 a month, if not less. It's a great deal for this location!
