Business Center
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Description:
Bonnie Ridge offers a Business Center for the use of all residents and their guests. The Business Center is located downstairs in the Clubhouse and includes 4 computer stations and a laser printer. Residents are able to surf the internet, work on computer projects, or even play computer games. Additionally, residents are welcome to use the copy/fax machine located upstairs in the Leasing Office. This area is open during regular business hours.
Rules and Regulations
1. Users may not install or download any program, file, or software updates onto the business center computers. Files created on the business center computers will not be private and will be deleted.
2. It is not acceptable to use Internet access for any purposes that violate U.S. or state laws, to transmit or receive material that is threatening, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or pornographic, or to interfere with or disrupt network users, services, or equipment. Disruptions include but are not limited to: distribution of unsolicited advertising, propagation of computer worms and viruses, and using the network to make unauthorized entry to any other machine accessible via the network.
3. Users may not alter or damage existing hardware or software, including but not limited to changing configurations, settings, and preferences. Creating auto-logins to your personal accounts is not allowed. This creates problems for other users and is a risk to your own privacy.
4. Users may make only authorized copies of copyrighted or licensed software or data. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that copyright law is not violated and that authors/creators are compensated when applicable.
5. Users are advised to refrain from revealing their personal address, banking or credit card information on the Internet.
6. Children 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult when using any of the business center computers, including the Internet. Older children may use the Internet independently; however, monitoring what a child views on the Internet remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
7. The user is responsible for any damage caused to the business center computers and for any losses or damages sustained by the owner as a result of the user’s use of the computers.
8. Be certain that your Recreational Activities Waiver is signed and current.
9. Violators of the above will have their computer/Internet privileges permanently revoked.

Clubhouse
Hours:
Leasing office, clubroom, and business center hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Description:
The new $2.5 Million Clubhouse is situated at the front entrance of the property. Here, residents may visit the leasing office, 24-hour fitness center and aerobics room, clubroom, business center, or the pool area (during the summer months).

Community Center

Description:
The Community Center overlooks our Olympic-size pool and includes a kitchen/bar, several café style tables, comfortable seating in multiple sitting areas, a large screen HDTV, and a gas fireplace. Residents over 18 years of age are welcome to enjoy the space anytime during business hours.

Dog Park
Description:
Bonnie Ridge is a pet-friendly community and is very excited to announce that we recently added a Dog Park to the community in 2008. This area is open to all residents and their pets, 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Fitness Center
Hours:
Open 24 hours daily.
Description:
The fitness center is available for all leaseholders. It includes four stationary bicycles, three weight machines, three stairsteppers, and five treadmills. Most have TV monitors attached for residents to view while working out. Our fitness center also has a separate weight room with mirrors, balls, and a variety of weights with a weight bench.
Rules and Regulations
1. The fitness center is to be used at your own risk.
2. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult leaseholder.
3. Be certain that your Recreational Activities Waiver is signed and current.
4. Rubber-soled shoes and shirts must be worn at all times in exercise areas.
5. “Horseplay,” fighting, dangerous conduct, and any other activity disrupting another resident are not permitted.
6. Please be considerate of others and wipe down all machines when you are finished.
7. Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time. Closed plastic beverage containers are permitted.
8. Smoking is prohibited.
9. Secure all of your personal belongings. Home Properties is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
10. Please report all equipment malfunctions to the Property Manager.
11. Become familiar with the equipment before use.
12. It is strongly recommended that you consult with your physician before starting an exercise program.
13. If you feel faint, dizzy, short of breath, strained, or uncomfortable, stop immediately.

Laundry Room
Hours:
Open 24 hours daily.
Description:
If you have a large load of laundry and don't want to use your own machines, you can visit one of the many coin-operated laundry rooms on the property. These facilities are located at:
6701, 6703, 6705, 6707, & 6709 Maple Leaf Court
6616, 6622, 6706, 6708, 6710, 6712, 6714, 6715, 6716, 6717, 6718, & 6720 Bonnie Ridge Drive.
Laundry Room Rules and Regulations
1. Home Properties assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
2. Please be courteous and remove your clothing from washers and dryers promptly.
3. Please help us keep your laundry center clean.
4. Please do not bring food, beverages, or pets into the laundry center.
5. Laundry center trashcans are not for household garbage.
6. Please use only the recommended amount of detergent/bleach.
7. Please clean dryer lint filter before each use.
8. Please report any problems to the leasing office immediately.
9. Please do not overload the washer or dryer. Your laundry may not be as clean, and it will take longer to dry your clothes. Overloading may cause equipment breakdowns.

Nature Trail
Hours:
The Fitness/Nature Trail is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Description:
Exploring our beautiful community is best done using our 1.5 mile fitness trail. This paved trail weaves through the entire property and offers exercise-conscious residents an alternative to the treadmill. It gives nature enthusiasts an opportunity to enjoy the wooded areas and beautiful landscaping.

Package Receipt
Hours:
Packages may be claimed at the Leasing Office during normal business hours.
Description:
All packages must be no larger than 20” x 20” x 20”. Packages larger than these measurements will not be accepted by our staff and will be returned to the courier.
Bonnie Ridge will not hold packages for more than 7 days. If you are expecting packages and do not receive a door tag, we encourage you to track the packages to ensure delivery. Bonnie Ridge will not be responsible for any packages not claimed in a timely manner.
Packages with a known value of more than $500.00 will not be accepted (i.e., televisions, computers, etc.). Please make arrangements for alternative delivery.
Packages will ONLY be released to the addressee. To claim a package, recipients will be required to present a photo ID and sign the package pick-up log.
Occupants, roommates, and friends will NOT be allowed to pick-up packages without the written permission of the addressee.
Please know that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We accept packages in our office as a courtesy to residents. It is not a required service or amenity and, as such, we reserve the right to refuse the acceptance of any package.

Picnic & Barbeque Areas
Hours:
Pavilion and picnic areas are open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Description:
The Pavilion area is available for private functions at no charge! For reservations, visit the Leasing Office to fill-out the necessary reservation form.
Rules and Regulations
1. Grilling is not permitted within 15 feet of buildings, landscape, or other similar structures.
2. Please extinguish any hot coals before leaving picnic area.
3. Never dispose of hot ash in combustible containers.
4. Please dispose of all trash in the proper containers.
5. Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Playground
Hours:
Playgrounds are open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Description:
Bonnie Ridge offers five playgrounds for our residents to enjoy. They are conveniently located throughout the community.
Rules and Regulations
1. Be careful. Use playground at your own risk.
2. No glass containers.
3. No alcoholic beverages.
4. No profanity, rough playing, or yelling permitted.
5. Please use equipment properly. No climbing on outside of equipment.
6. No throwing of objects.
7. No loitering or trespassing allowed.

Description:
To gain entrance to the pool area, residents 16 or older must supply photo ID. Residents under 16 and all guests must be accompanied by a leaseholder 18 or older. Maximum 3 guests per household.
Rules and Regulations
1.The lifeguard must be on duty and the pool officially open before any user is allowed in the water or pool area.
2.Residents must present photo ID and sign-in upon entering the pool facility. Guests must also sign in. Lifeguards will have a master list of all Bonnie Ridge residents to verify residency. If a person is not on the list and not accompanied by a resident, they will not be allowed to enter.
3.Guests must be accompanied by a resident 18 years or older at all times. When the resident leaves, the guest must also leave. Residents are permitted to bring up to 3 guests per apartment family. Resident will be held responsible for all actions of their guests. Behavior that is inappropriate and/or in breach of this agreement may immediately cause the pool membership to be revoked at management’s discretion.
4.The pool may be closed at any time for mechanical breakdown, operational difficulties, or inclement weather. The decision to close is at the sole discretion of management.
5.All swimmers shall exit the pool when the lifeguard leaves his/her station or upon the lifeguard’s request.
6.Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a resident 18 years of age or older. If the child is in the large pool, the guardian must be in the immediate vicinity of the child, unless the child has demonstrated adequate swimming ability as determined by the lifeguard on duty. The child’s guardian is responsible for the child’s conduct at all times.
7.Infants and children wearing diapers or who are not toilet trained shall be permitted in the wading pool, but must wear tight fitting rubber pants or “swim diapers”. Children may use the wading pool only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must remain in the wading pool area with the child at all times. Children over the age of 6 are not permitted to use the wading pool. Infants and children wearing diapers or who are not toilet trained are not permitted in the main pool at any time.
8.Life preservers, inner tubes, floatation mats, and rafts are not permitted at any time. For artificial floatation purposes, the only item which may be used is a US coast guards approved life vest. If a child utilizes this item, the child must be accompanied in the main pool by an adult.
9.Running, pushing, wrestling, ball playing, or causing undue disturbance in or around the pool area will not be tolerated. Spouting of water and similar unhygienic acts will not be permitted in the pool.
10.ALL PERSONS USE THIS FACILITY AT THEIR OWN RISK. All rules and regulations must be complied with. Individuals may be barred from the pool or pool area, at the discretion of the lifeguard in charge, for violation of said rules for any reason which his/her judgment constitutes a hazard to others or to the management. The lifeguard is responsible for the strict enforcement of those rules and has authorization to temporarily deprive any member or guest of same. A written statement is to be filed with the management within 24 hours if such action is taken.
11.No pets are allowed in the pool area at any time.
12. All radios must be kept at a very low volume.
13.Bicycles, motorbikes, skateboards, rollerblades, and scooters are not permitted in the pool area at any time.
14.Baby strollers and baby carriage are not permitted within (10) feet of the pool.
15.Only proper type bathing suits are permissible. Thongs, Cut-offs, walking shorts and apparel of the like are not permitted in the pool.
16.Admission shall be refused to all persons having infectious disease, sore or inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharges, or any communicable disease of any kind. Persons with excessive sunburn, open sores, or bandages of any kind will not be permitted.
17.All beverages or food brought into the pool area must be in paper or plastic containers and be consumed in a designated area. All trash must be disposed of in a trash container.
18.ABSOLUTELY NO INTOXICANTS may be brought in the pool area.
19.All personal injuries, however slight, must be reported to the lifeguard on duty.
20.Management will not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property of any kind.

Tennis Court
Hours:
Open daily Memorial Day through December 1 (cold weather permitting), 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Description:
Our two tennis courts offer a great opportunity to exercise your mind, body, and competitive spirit!
Rules and Regulations
1. Be careful. Use of tennis courts is at your own risk.
2. The tennis courts are to be used for playing tennis only. Skateboarding, rollerblading, bike riding, or any other activity other than tennis playing is prohibited.
3. Please contact the leasing office if nets are down. We keep them down to reduce potential damage.

Description:
Located at the Pavilion Area, the volleyball court is open for residents' enjoyment. Have a friendly game with your friends or host a mini-tournament with your neighbors!
